when you said upgrading to your new 4MB/s highspeed internet was “free and easy,” i believed you. but apparently i was a fool. seems the upgrade part was pretty much as advertised, but you seemed to have missed the mark on the free part. see free implies no cost, or no additional cost. but my bill went up $25. perhaps you’d like to explain that. or how my cable bill is now more than my fucking electric bill. the fuck? you’re delivering non-tangible digital shit. but i tell y’all one thang. y’all ain’t gawn do me like this. i’mma cutchall shit off. “i’m just saying.”
